About Yellowtag
Yellowtag was born in 1999 out of ‘lost & found’ business project by a team of MBA
graduates from Bath University. The concept was developed into an innovative
email messaging system that enabled instant and direct contact between the finder
and the owner without compromising the confidentiality of the owner. For the
first time it put a finder and an owner in direct contact with each other,
creating a customer experience that we have found to be unique and rewarding
for both parties involved.
The unique business advantage of this system is its infinite scalability
at a very little incremental cost. The system works worldwide as it was based on email,
Internet and SMS.
In 2003, majority and principal stake in Yellowtag was acquired by The Sterling
Insurance Group, a company with assets in excess of £34 million.
In 2005, we enhanced our offering by creating a bespoke telephone based
multi-lingual call transfer service.
Our ambition is to remain market leader in innovation. We have the resources,
capacity and enthusiasm to extend our unique services to business partners and
clients.
